Everything here is being built in the open. These are the tools and structured programs we're developing based on the research, the pilot programs and what thousands of women have told us matters most.

Each tool is designed for women. Thresholds, references and recommendations reflect women's physiology, particularly the metabolic and hormonal shifts of perimenopause and post-menopause.

SLOW eating program

A structured dietary framework targeting 120g protein per day, built on a modified Mediterranean base with no sugar and no grains. Includes recipes, meal plans and batch cooking schedules.
